Gigio's...jeez...awww...so good. I was last there the week Mike Ditka was fired. People around town were acting like he had died. But dang, they were sure some good Chicago style pies!

Bruno's in Tyler is pretty good, lots of toppings and they aren't run through a food processor. It's got big chunks of meat.

I fratelli is awesome, had their pizza a few times.

I was living in Spring back in 01, there was a place called Greek Tony's. The pizza there was amazing, it was so full of toppings you had to eat it with a fork. I really miss that place.

I travel all over Texas for work 5 days a week.

The best ive found are:

MaMa's in Fort Worth
Pizza Place in Weatherford
Bruno's in Tyler
Broken Stone in Boerne
I frateli in Irving / Euless
BJ's chain is the best ive found by a big chain restaurant.

Brewster's in Wimberly is great. Owned and operated by Bruce Collie (ex NFL player) and his 13 kids. He also brews his own beer there.

Papa Rollo's in Waco or Bruno's in Tyler

There's also a little place in Rockwall call Zantana's, I think. Their pies are off the chain as well. A little on the hifalutin side and a little expensive, but so good.

They opened one in Allen a couple of years ago too. Without question, Grimaldi's is the best pizza I have ever had in Texas.
