I have a Glcok 19 and I use Comptac Minataur.
I think it's really comfortable. I;ve driven from Houston to Dallas with it on my hip and never even noticed it. My bud has a 23 and he went through a bunch before settling on this one so I got it. This is the on ly IWB I have experience with but no complaints what so ever.
IMO, having a large leather backing to cover up the whole side profile of the gun is the most important aspect of having a comfortable IWB holster.
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

The CompTac is a good one. The Cross Breed is also good. I run a Nano IWB holster for my G29, and like it a lot. You can get a smaller IWB holster than the Nano though.

I just got a new Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe for my Glock 26 a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. Most comfortable holster I've ever worn.

IMO, having a large leather backing to cover up the whole side profile of the gun is the most important aspect of having a comfortable IWB holster. This^. I carry a Bianchi model 100 like this and really can't stand to carry in a holster without the backing: http://www.bianchi-intl.com/product/Prod.php?TxtModelID=100
