I feel for you. Lot of options but take the high road and wish them well and I will wish you the hunt of a life time my friend.

i know if i had the right to hunt 5 acres for whatever reason for instance thats all i could afford, and sombody tried to make me pack my stuff up i would tell them where to shove it also 5 acres is plenty of land to hunt in the right area maybe this guy cant afford to pay $2000 for a lease but is he any less deserving of a place to enjoy the outdoors i dont think so

I had a stand that was a couple hundred yards off the fence line for three years. I was shooting down into a bowl and there was no way I would be shooting across the fence. I had it set up facing the fence because of how the sun rose and set. Anyway, the neighboring property leased their land to a new hunter. The neighbor asked my landowner if I would move my stand so it wasn't facing his property. Said the hunter was scared of bullets flying over the fence. I didn't argue. I just moved it 90 degrees and had the sun shining in my eyes every morning. I hunted there for two years and moved to another location.

The best thing to do would be just to offer to have him hunt on your lease. Then there is no problem.

These type problems usually grow like they are on steroids. This is how hunters blinds get burned, and feeders torn up..It's a shame that everyone has made this a business and darn profitable to a few. The problem has to be addressed by your landowner, it is ultimately his responsiblity and duty to you as a leasee..If a problem truly exists..I've hunted where we and the property owners next door both had feeders on the same fence lines without incident. We were always courteous enough to put our feeder and blind out of range of theirs..If you are paying a good deal of money there, I'd address the problem only with my landowner and have him contact the other property owner and gamewarden.Don

I hate to be that guy that complains about this stuff but, all he'd have to do is turn his stand into his property. I don't care if he put it righ into the fence. Worse part is we were scouting after hinting opening weekend on monday and saw were he cut the top strand of wire on the fence in an area by his stand so the deer would cross there. Frustrating!

LOL. I like the high fence suggestion. I've hunted across the fence from unfriendly neighbors and just my being there can dissuade them from crossing the fence. That's about the only way without cam footage.
