 Just lost deer lease Looking for new one...

Just found out today that our deer lease was scratched. Owner had buyer for ranch, and deal fell through. So owner wants an additional amount of money for each gun, and wanted to add 3 more guns. We all bailed out. We are looking for something within 2/3 hours of Houston. Professional people, not big drinkers, very responsible. Please advise...............Need place just for two guns and ocassional family guest. Thanks, Robert
