Its been a long time since I have had hogs where I hunt. Will the deer come in or around at all? Im almost positive the hogs will show up. Or should I declare war on the hogs opening morning to increase my chances of seeing a deer?

I can't tell you how many times.. over 20 at least in the past few years when I have had deer milling around and they alerted and ran off. A few seconds later hogs show up.
Kill all hogs you can, but it's up to you.

Deer don't like being around them at my place. I've never seem them chase eachother, but it almost seems the hogs are too loud and make the deer nervous.

If they have not been around hogs for a long time then the hogs will run the deer off everytime. To much movement and noise for deer to stay around.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

Where I hunt deer will run like a scalded dog from hogs. However if only little piglets show up the deer will actually kick them with thier front feet and try to run the piglets off. Any pig over 25 pounds wins the corn battle every time though without even a fight.

I've actually seen hogs chase deer off of corn. I shot a big bore one year that was charging every deer that came to the corn. I split his wig for his trouble. Funny thing, when I gutted him I found a WalMart bag inside his stomach.
Slaughter the hogs.

Around here the deer usually leave when the noise starts.

While the deer will depart when hogs come in, the don't necessarily go very far and I have had them watch me after I have shot a hog, doing what I need to get done with it, and then they show up on the game cams at the feeder where I shot the hog.
Deer may get bumped from the feeder, but that doesn't mean that they are necessarily no longer in the area.

Game cameras this year show the deer at the feeder, then the hogs, then the deer again, then the hogs again and this goes on all night. Never see the two together. My experience in the stand is that the deer leave at the first sound of a hog approaching.

I have shot hogs under my feeders that did exactly as described, so I hear ya. but I also have lots of pictures of deer and hogs under the feeders as well. Now, when a BIG hog comes in.. probably not as much as when the smaller oens do. This is an Axis, but I have some at home of WTD also:
Hunting is easy..it's getting permission from your wife that is tough.

I had a good lease ruined one time by a large number of hogs that moved into the pasture about half way thru deer season. Those hogs totally ran every deer we had off and would tear down feed pen fences and destroy our feeders. I'm talking about 55 gal steel drum feeders 6 feet up on steel legs. If possible, get rid of the hogs any way you can.

We have an absurd number of deer, but no hogs. I want hogs.....I'm tired of having to wait until November to hunt something.

Depends... Usually on how aggressive the hogs are acting and the familiarity they have with one another. My experience day and night hunting has been if the hogs come running in the deer will run out. If the hogs cautiously work their way in the deer are cautious but not threatened.

I have never seen the two together at a feeder. If the hogs come out the deer always run. That's been my observation.

Pigs and deer....like oil and water. You shoulda got after those hogs well before deer season started IMO.
