I know my AR marked 5.56 will shoot the .223
But my Saiga is marked 223. No big deal, since I don't shoot the 5.56 in my Ar. Was just wondering if the 5.56 is safe in my Saiga ?

If it's marked .223, NO. If it's marked 5.56, YES.
It's the same regardless of the gun. It's the barrel that matters.
