 Looking for 4-man Lease for 2012-2013 - close to DFW

Just found out that the owner of our lease decided to sell his land and the new owners do not want to renew our lease so we are basically up sh!t creek at this point.
Looking for 400 - 500 acres within about 200 miles of north Dallas for a 4-man hunt group. Prefer west to central Texas, not east Texas / Piney Woods. We're all family men and responsible experienced hunters looking for something long term to join or build a management program and grow good deer. Not meat hunters.
We know it's a bit late for getting setup this year so looking at something for 2013 season if we can't find anything for 2012.
The owner refunded our annuals so we have cash in hand. PM me if you have something available.

Ive Got 614 Acres year round lease in Marlin Texas .
Dove,Duck,Goose,Hogs and Deer all use the property . We also allow camping on site.
