I have a buddy who is hunting in a special antler restriction county. Here is my question. I know he can legally take 1 buck over 13 inches wide. My question is for his second buch what can he legally shoot? Does the second deer have to have an unbranched antler?

Either a spike (two unbranched antlers), or one branched and one unbranched.

But he can hunt in another AR county and kill another 13"+ buck too.

Dumb question. Can you take two spikes in an AR county?
If you keep your hair short and your mouth shut, things tend to run a lot smoother.
