Found out at 0130 this morning got kicked off my lease for someone with more money....waiting til first light to pull all my gear!!

Sorry fowlhntr, it is officially sunrise here. Very overcast, misting and very cool. Breeze coming into my face from the NE and no movement yet. Good luck guys.

Dangit two doe just walked up a predicted travel route silently by the time I saw them they were at 40 yards. I made a slight adjustment to prepare to draw and they wheeled around and took the long route around my stand

That does suck, had that happen once in the past. Had you already paid the landowner for you lease this year? If so then remind them that is a good faith contract.

Sitting in the popup. Completely overcast here as well. Good, 5-10ph wind. Just crows and squirrels so far though.

Sorry camo, I think the cows just ruined my morning. All good they'll be back. I've seen it when deer are in with the cows. Happened to me last year cows broke down the hot wire had two does in with them. I guess they just get use to them.

And yet anther deer came from behind me. Never saw it but it blew and barked several times. Must be doing something wrong today

Ok just shot a doe, will be my second deer to have taken with a bow. I used a Magnus stinger buzzcut. I think the shot was good and I think I heard her crash down in the woods. I am giving her time to fully expire before I climb down. Praying to God it will be a short and successful tracking job! Will update when possible. Good luck guys

Found her folded up within 30 yards. Blessed with some venison and saw 7 deer total today which is unusual for this place. Pics to come!
