I've got a place that I'll start trapping on soon and was going to see if someone would want some of the pigs we take off the place. If I had a livestock trailer I'd take some to a nearby TAHC facility, but unfortunately I don't.
Is there anybody near College Station that would want some? Only looking for a few dollars for gas but not much. The property is in Carlos near Gibbons Creek so anywhere not too far I could meet you

I am sorry you aren't getting any takers. I have the same problem where I am. In my case, people have plenty of meat because if they don't hunt, they know somebody who does who has already provided them with meat.
Don't laugh, but try contacting some of the fraternities at A&M and seeing if they need a nice feral hog or two for a big pig roast. Heck, you might even get some who will take the food from you regularly!

If I were closer and had some freezer space (at temp work location) I would take a few off your hands. May look you up if my next assignment gets me to Texas (won't know until mid November at earliest) & see if your offer still stands.

I would take a few especially smaller ones around game day. I would be happy to drive out there and pick them up or meet you in town and give you some gas money!

Also the Texas A&M Chapter of the wildlife society might take some if they were donated. We do a BBQ every spring to try and raise money for our state and national chapter meetings.
