don't have any pics, but have scored several whitetails that were killed around Lake Thomas from 130-155", have personally killed about 10 aoudads along the rimrock in that area, know of one 190" muley killed in that area but that was on an exceptionally wet year, most muleys from that area might go 150" tops, alot of very nice whitetails are taken in that area every year

man you get around haha, im currently leasing in dickens and have an opportunity to pickup some ground east of gail and was curious what to expect so i appreciate the comment..

When your heading south from Post towards Gail, you come off the Caprock and are heading into some beautiful country. Lots of good deer in that area.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.

I know that area fairly well. Most of the area is lightly hunted or not hunted at all. I did some work for the school district and have seen some deer that came from the area and saw some nice 130-150"deer.

I have hunted from post to Gail on 699 both sides my family ranch is there the deer are nice but not alot of them lots of predators. I shot a 140 class 8 point

thanks for the help, i was looking at a lease out there but when we went to see it, it was not what was advertised

would really like to have a place there, need something that has fishing, atleast 1 good pond so if any of yall know anyone that has something availble in that area please let me know
