Sitting up a tree in limestone county. The rain is gone, but the wind remains. Checked the cam, and had some deer activity but no pics after sept 18 when it magically cut off. Probably would be more inclined to shoot a pig than a deer this morning unless I could encounter one worthy of taxidermy. Anyone else hunting?

Sitting in a pop up in hill county with my 12 yr old son. Trying to get his 1st deer or hog. Mist rain off and on and lots of wind. No pics on cam through last night so hoping they will start moving sometime today. Good luck to you in limestone.

Ya I may throw in the towel soon, dry off, and head to another lease in Anderson county to try to shoot a doe tonight.

In a ground blind in Burnet Co. Single old doe other side of my feeder pen, wind is making her skittish and won't committ though!!
