a bad example or idea of what hog hunters really are....a place with a hog problem, they go out and "catch" three hogs and tell the landowner his problem is solved....bunch of BS, I laugh at these people.

i hope yall dont thank that of me cause i some times only catch one a night . sometimes ill drive 20 miles a night and only strike one hog.lol

Some pigs my pard caught last night.....running two dogs caught 6 hogs with a couple of them being big boars. Just another night at work.......

Monty does it for real. He catches them, gives them a kiss, and releases them onto a neighbors' land...the gift that keeps on giving. I think he might name them too. I heard a rumor that he's caught 'em so many times they come when he calls.

If anybody missed my poke at humor, Monty really is the real deal. I've had guides drop me in a hole and say, "Hey..look over there, you'll find them." Monty? He gets his butt in the trench (drives like a freaking maniac, by the way...don't get in the back of the truck if he's chasing a dog...dear God, you'll find religion!)

Anywho, Monty gets his [censored] in the trenches and works his butt off with you. I really think I lost 10 lbs or so in water weight, just following his dogs. Best time I've EVER had hunting. Monty was beside (ok, sometimes behind me, 'cause me and Monty's kid could run faster)...but it was an AWESOME time.

Next time I'm in Texas, I'll hunt with Monty every day that I have free, which hopefully will be around Christmas, and hopefully will be multiple days.

Monty, you kick butt, and I appreciate your incredible generosity. Since you didn't drink the crown I brought you, you'll have to do a better job of telling me what an appropriate appreciation gift would be next time! Take care bro, see you around Christmas!
