$2500/gun.....2 spots available...several thousand acres already split up among other likeminded management type guys. They feed year round, some do feed protein, others just corn. Only prob is the landowner is really preferring I find people I know to fill these spots. I just don't have anyone else down here interested so I figured I could get with a couple of guys from the forum and pass along his info. PM me if interested. I will be going up there this coming week to do my "recon" and if the place is worth it, pay my annual dues.

That's a good area for whitetails. Good luck!

Guys as far as pics believe me.....I WILL come back with a camera full of them but he doesn't even own a computer lol. So no pictures. I believe I heard him say he is growing his herd of blackbuck so no taking any until hes comfortable but he also said he has a "pet" herd of axis about 100 strong that he feeds from his pickup.....I don't believe these are shooter deer but as they get older and break from that herd I am sure you will see them here and there from the stands. His main goal is to get a group of hunters that all get to know each other and stay on for years. Of course he has problems with that because people do stupid things but I know most of you guys on here are just as management minded as he is. He prefers word of mouth advertising but like I told him, sometimes thats slow going. Anyway, I will have pics and more details when I come back prob tue or wed next week. I will ask if there are aoudad but I am sure it being so large of a place, you will see just about anything.

Well guys I went, I saw, and I personally did not like. He had already filled two more spots by the time I got there and tho the property is nice, IMO I do not think it is well managed enough for the $$. If you are still interested then do a search for junction tx leases. His name is Bill. Thats how I found him. ...Mods, you can take this down.

Hmm I check that place out myself a few years ago. Did a little homework on the web and found out lots of people have checked it out have hunted it.
