They work...rattled in a small buck behind me once. Didn't know he was there until the snort. Scared the you know what out of me. I like them because they're compact and easy to use. Just be sure to look around every now and then to see what comes in....especially behind you.

I have used one and rattled in a nice 8 point last year. As always practice make perfect!

They work, rattled in a 9 pt. two years ago that I harvested. Used one in combination with doe can and buck grunt. He ran in like a bat out of hell.

I've had good luck with them over the last couple of years.

Rattle bags work good. You can control the sound and the gnashing sound when bucks lock up is better out of them than you can make using real antlers. Plus, you do not smash your fingers using rattle bags and you can operate them with one hand.

I use a good pair of heavy sheds. They just have the right sound to them. Although when the bucks are coming to horns, you could pretty much bang two sticks or two rocks together.

They will work and are great if space is an issue in a pack when hiking into an area or stand to hunt on an allday hunt.

I still prefer a good set of real antlers and cut the BT's off so I don't smash my fingers, but I have had success with the rattling bags. They are much more manageable than the antlers, have a good sound, easy to control and sure make it easier if you are bow hunter.

They will work, but had more success with real horns.

I may give the bag a try this year. I've got a set of fake plastic horns and they have worked for me. PIA to carry though. I played with one in Academy yesterday and it actually sounded pretty good.

My son was using his one cold November morning and started hearing some metallic clanking sounds. When he looked down the bag had ripped and the plastic rods were clanking down the ladder on his tripod.
