What are you allowed to hunt? Guest allowed?

Whitetail, mule deer, turkey, dove, quail, and varmints as stated in the post. Guests are allowed prior to Thanksgiving. We don't feel it is fair to the other hunters for guests to fill up the house and blinds during the peak of the season. If they hunt they are hunting off of your tags.

How many total hunters? How do you handle the blinds and feeders?

Wish i would known about this a few months ago. This ranch is gorgeous with deer all over the ranch.My brother and I hunted with Ty two years ago on a mule deer management hunt and had one of the best times I've ever had hunting. I was blown away on how many wt/and mule deer we saw. The mule deer herd is of outstanding quality and genetics. The whitetail herd is very impressive as well. Not very often do you find a ranch that produces big whitetail and mule deer on the same ranch.

If i didn't already have a lease i would be all over this.

4 hunters total. The blinds and feeders are already in place. I have six setups with a blind, corn feeder and protien feeder at each.

I guess there might be some confussion. This lease has no existing hunters

No I do not hunt the ranch. We own the ranch and run a few cows ans sheep on it. We allow bow hunting and I have not put out any cameras. We will fly the place in a couple of weeks so i will have helicopter pics then.

Here is how the numbers break down:
2 Trophy Mule deer
2 management/cull mule deer
4 mule deer does(we supply tags for harvesting mule deer does)
2 Trophy whitetail
2 management/cull whitetail
4 whitetail does

Plus turkey, dove, quail and varmints

SO this is for 4 hunters im guessing and there for not every hunter gets a trophy WT and MD each year if wanted ?

$4000 and a man isn't even guaranteed a trophy buck? Wow!

First off its $3500. Second, I would like for you to try and find a year round white tail and mule deer lease that hunts 1 hunter to a 1000 acres and provides lodging, feeders, blinds and feed.

If you want a guaranteed trophy buck for $4,000 then you should be looking in the “Canned Hunts” section of this website. I’m sure you can find someone willing to sell you a “trophy” buck for $500 more than they are asking. Also be sure you post pictures of the amazing adventure you will most certainly have….


This is a hell of a deal for what is being offered…a year round game managed whitetail AND mule deer lease with lodging, blinds and feed included for only $3.50 an acre….plus the bird hunting too!

Most seasonal whitetail only leases in this area are going for more than $3.50 per acre and they don’t include lodging or feed.

Someone should jump all over this!

That's correct.

Sounds like a heck of a good deal. That's an easy situation to deal with. One year 2 of the hunters get MD trophies and the other two get WT trophies. The following year you flip it.
