I was out of town for the weekend. My son was feeding my dog and left the dog in the backyard and not his run. The dog got into a small bag of organic citrus fruit tree fertilizer somtime yesterday evening or last night. This morning when I found it he was acting lathargic so I took him to the vet. So far his blood work and kidneys are still normal and his energy is improving but he is running a slight fever and they were going to x ray him to see if there was any large amounts lodged somewhere in the digestive track. I sure hope there is no lasting damage.

Sorry to hear that. We'll send a few prayers your way.

Well thanks for the prayers guys. He is doing much better and it appears it may have just ulcerated his digestive track. They gave me some meds that will help to coat the digestive track and antibiotics to help it heal. So far he seems to back to his usually hyper self. It appears the ingredients had hydrolized chicken feathers and pasturized poultry manure and bone meal which I am assuming is why he got into it. I just learned the hard way not to leave stuff like that out where he could get to it.
