Well, color should have nothing to do with it and white is a lighter shade of yellow.
Without looking at the pedigree and seeing titles, there is no way to confirm the dog comes from hunting stock unless you have personally hunted with the sire and the dam, to be able to say for yourself they come from good hunting dogs. Even then, that may not matter.
Considering you can get really nice pups out of FC dogs right now, yellow in color and in Texas for $800-$900.00, I would venture to say if all health certifications are there from the sire and the dam, possibly $400.00.

Mine has flared ducks a couple times when he raises his head. Keep them covered with something if out in the open up against the shore unless there is snow on the ground. If I hunt in cover I have no problem.

I have hunted with them and if they are still and not bouncing around, they are just fine.

Color should have nothing to do with the price... Tell that the red and blue lab breeders. Sorry off topic I know.
I'll take a Black Female every time.

Random questions with the color talk....does the AKC still only consider lab colors to be Yellow, Chocolate, and Black?
I have a yellow lab, and from time to time, I would say her head movement may spook a bird or two.
