Looking for a few guys interested in a season lease old Mexico.
Im offering our 7,000 acre ranch in old Mexico, its about 45 minutes from Columbia Bridge due west towards Piedras Negras and about an hour south from the highway once on the dirt road.
Ranch is high fenced for 6 years and we fed protein for 5. We are looking for a group of about 5 more or less management minded hunters that would be interested in leasing the ranch during the 2012-13 season.
We have feeders and blinds already at the ranch, along with excellent accomodations. We manage strictly and the only condition is that deer to be taken must be of a certain age, regardless of score unless otherwise approved by the guides who will be there at the ranch but not always with the hunters.
Lease like I said this is for the whole season. We are asking $5500 per hunter for a trophy whitetail.
We have taken numerous high 150 to 180 class deer, we have had very little hunting pressure in the last 5 years as we only had 2 guys hunting the ranch. We have the age structure and genetics. All we need is a good rain.
If you need anymore info or have questions dont hesitate to pm me. Please serious inquires only.

shoot me a pm with your email address. Also if you can pick up the latest Los Cazadores Magazine, the overall Mexico Womens Champion is featured and that deer came off our place.

In an effort to get some interest, I am lowering the price to $4500 per gun for the entire 2012-2013 season.
We dont have any cartel problems, and the ranch is safely located 1 hour from the nearest highway opposite the river.
If you would like, I can take you into Mexico in my vehicle and you can leave your truck in Texas at my home, for an additional cost.
PM me if interested and we can talk.
