I have around 25 acres outside Vian, Ok I am thinking about leasing out. I havent been up there in 20 years and just walked it out and saw it was a pretty good location for hunting and found several deer tracks. It is no way cleard out.... right now there would only be 2 spots you could set up a blind... .one by a little pond... the other on an electrical easement... that runs right down the middle of the property. Otherwise its overgrown with tree's and vines.

Im thining no more than 2 guns on it.... as its pretty small.. but with a couple of feeders... ill lay you good money deer come into it. Its also about 5 minutes from Kerr Lake and the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge.

I have no clue what would be a fair price to lease it out.... yall got any suggestions?

Its about a 41/2 drive from north texas..plus out of state license..i suggest you settle on a price and lease it to locals

you should be able to get 1000 dollars. But would be better if you had feeders running and cameras up to see whats on it. Like you said, you dont really know.

You wont get 1K in Oklahoma for only 25 acres..
This isn't Texas.... Come on 2 guys on 25 acres with guns...

I would think 1 person and no more than 500 bucks and that's pushing it.

You can still get over a full section in NW OK for about 1500 and you would have that to yourself with all seasons and all game.

My 2 cents, im from OK and wouldn't touch that but Texans seem to have no problem paying that price.

I stand corrected. What you say makes sense. In texas it would higher most likely.
