My son will be turning 5 in January and has been asking for a bow for a while now. I was at a charity 3D shoot at Cinnamon Creek on Friday and won some things in a raffle that the pro shop had donated. Long story short they let me exchange the stuff and I was able to buy my son a Diamond Atomic. He shot it a few times there, then shot a little yesterday. I took him our to shoot today and got to realizing that he was consistently missing left and he was telling me that the pins were on target and I could tell the arrow was pointing left. I did a test on him and found out he is left eye dominate but right handed. Had him start closing his left eye and that made all the difference. Here's a couple pictures. It's either a tru ball or true fire youth release. I have to put it high on his arm because its just a little long but it works great.

Good job Dad; I started my grandson off at 3 and it's amazing how fast those little people learn and love to shoot their bows.

$200 but they can grow into it. It goes from 6-29lbs and I think 12-24 draw weight.
