I have a friend who is trying to re-do his 5 stand course on his ranch. Any suggestions on the best, most reliable clay throwers in the $400-$700 price range? He wants to be able to throw multiple sizes.
Thanks!

I have 3 Do-All White Wings and 1 Atlas AT-50. I will be selling all of my Do-All traps and going to the Atlas Patriot or AT-50. I haven't had but one issue an it was minor. I have 2 traps that have in excess of 10,000 birds thrown and they still run strong.
If I wanted a good reliable trap for marginal use, 2-3 times a week, the White Wings are hard to beat for the price, $235 + shipping. If I wanted a trap that will sling birds day in and day out, made in the USA and has a cycle time twice as fast as the Do-All, throws them about 30yds farther and faster off of the arm, then I would buy the Atlas series. They make them when you buy them and back them with a Lifetime clutch and electrical warranty.
I will probably keep 2 White Wings and buy 2 Atlas Patriots, maybe 2 AT-50s, haven't decided yet. I want to make a realistic sporing lays course for what we see on our leases. I also want to use layout blinds for a couple of stations, just for giggles.
