I went 3 weeks without being able to make it to the lease to check cams/fill feeders due to work. As one would guess, I was anxious to see all the bucks with velvet gone after what I had seen in recent TC pulls. To my surprise, I didn't have 1 buck come to my feeder in 3 weeks!

I have plenty of does, so hopefully that pays off during the rut. Oh, by the way, Doe's with horns do exist.....got a pic of one on my TC.....interesting to say the least.

They will be back!

We usualy only make it down once a month to our place in the off season. The last two times we have had about 10 pictures, the cam batteries died once and the next we charged them but apparently they didnt hold, Have been replaced with new and looking forward to checkiing again in a few weeks. We havent seen a picture of a buck since the horns were about 4 inches long.

This is the best picture I have of her. This game cam if kind of "iffy" at times.....there is one picture where the fawn is getting milk from her. Don't have that one on my work computer, wil upload tonight though.

Red that's funny. Same thing happened to us. I have 2 cameras setup I go check my cameras every 2 months. Well 4 months ago a javelina not my camera over so that it was facing the ground after 2 days of being out there . So I send it back up with fresh batteries . The battery died after 2 days. So out of 4 months I only have 4 days worth of pictures.

Yeah sounds about like our luck... I didnt think it was too funny though

Throw in a feeder knocked over by cows and it sounds like one of my trips!

Sucks to show up and check them and realize you forgot to put a SD card in one and the flash quit working on another!!!
