Don't know if this is common or not but I haven't ever seen a church offering this service. It's in Odessa.

There have been several church shootings in the past, maybe they're just letting the bad guys know not to try it there.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

Churches are doing different things-our church is having a Beast Feast this month. Deer steaks, dove, elk, about everything. Jam packed last time.

Our pastor carries but not on the pulpit...BC he knows he has a bunch carrying in the congregation. One of the members gives the classes and he doesn't charge members of our church for the class.
Interesting tidbit..but back in colonial times it was against the law in some states NOT to take your gun to church. After services they had dinner on the grounds and manditory shooting practice in order to maintain the skills incase a malitia was required.
I'd be a vegitarian too if bacon grew on trees.
