Wanted to see if everyone else is having as slow of days as we are. Scratching out about 2-4 birds per hunt and the front didn't help any this morning.

We done pretty well in Mills county last weekend, but we have water, so that helps alot. I sure the front blew most of our local birds out today.

We are averaging 6-8 on public land here in Bell Co. for my friend and I...They are dive bombing our Mojos like crazy!!

MOJO is working great for me as well. Have had a Hawk swoop down twice on different days. My average is about 5 a hunt with 8 being my best so far. We are averaging 6-8 on public land here in Bell Co. for my friend and I...They are dive bombing our Mojos like crazy!!

Seems the front blew my birds out and brought in new birds or at least has them screwed up mentally. Patterns changed.

Opening everyone had their limit. Last sunday couple of limits and I had 6. High flyers and I'm not that good a shot. Friday it was tough. No report for today, but I plan on being out there tomorrow evening. Reporting from outside Austin.

Glad to hear it is the same everywhere, hopefully some birds will follow this front in and stick around long enough to get some shots on them.

We did pretty well up near Brenham yesterday. Tried to post a pic but can't figure it out from my iPad. The field was full of em.

I did pretty good earlier in the week, got 12, then 8, then 7.
Went out yesterday and it seems like the front turned them off, only 4 birds down and maybe 7 total even flew by.

I got 4 on Saturday I was 3 for 3 with my first three shots but then couldn't hit anything. Should of had a few more. I did get my first Eurasian. It was as big as a pigeon.

Skunked around Jarrel/Salado. 4 Mournings on opening day, 2 WW yesterday, and Zero today. No birds in sight all afternoon. But I did enjoyed the last 2 days with my dad and my 6 yr old son, can't beat that.

We've had a good opening weekend. But during the week, kinda of fell off. Seeing alot more white wings now after this front. Another front coming through Thurs night looks like. Looking forward to Oct for us.
