i miss centex but so far georgia is treatin me ok. i have been settled in for about a month. i hunted the georgia dove opener last weekend. me and a buddy got our limits.  we hunted alabamas opener today and got our limits again.  i even squeezed in a pig hunt a few weeks ago.

Not even close!!! I was spoiled last season. Lots of ducks and lots of time off work to go after em. Lots of Woody a few ringer and some resident mallards is about all they get in this area. Kinda bummed about that. Guess I can always go back to bow hunting.

Ya it's dirty. Top pic was near pine Forrest that recently burned. It took nearly an hour of scrubbing blaze in my wife's big bath tub to get all the sap and ash out of his fur. I'm still hearing about that one.
How's my favorite WMA doin for dove?
I wish I was there for BWT. I know a couple really muddy spots to drag Deckhand through.

I wish I was there for BWT. I know a couple really muddy spots to drag Deckhand through.   I now know that I am not too proud to crawl out of the mud! Good to hear from ya Chad. My dove spots are short on birds, but I am having a great time doing field training with my pup! Keep pix coming!!
