I am looking for 4 hardcorp bow hunters able to age deer on the hoof and take bucks 4.5 or older. This is a bow season lease ideal for some guys who want to get away from the rat race and hunt some great deer.

Included in this lease is use of our fully equipped private cabin. Cleaning station and freezer, pool table etc.

800+ acres located in Western Schleicher County S. of HWY 190.
Available asap.

COST: $1000.00 per hunter plus set up a permanent feeder and pen. Each hunter to maintain their feeder through bow season and I will maintain for the rest of the year. Should you return the next season the cost will be 1500.00 or trade. Could become long term for the right group. I would prefer all hunters in the same group.

Just to make sure this lease is for deer season only not a year round lease for predators???

One, it could be both. Really we are looking for some cool people to help develop this pasture into it's full potential. Feed cost is going so high that we could use the help.

There are some really great deer in this pasture. Somebody needs to take this offer. This area has a really great bow season and we arn't bow hunters.
