The HeartStopper -Breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits, and gravy. Wash it down with a bloody Mary or a bud light.

I enjoy cooking in camp as much as any other part of hunting. We have a full kitchen in the cabin, and we go all out for breakfast and dinner. A typical breakfast is three eggs per man, pancakes, sausage, bacon, biscuits, and all the fixins, plus two or three pots of coffee.

Boiling bag omlet's are the bomb! Add omelet fixing (what ever you want....onions, cooked bacon, sausage jalepeno or I guess some sort of left overs) to quart ziplock freezer bag. add 2-3 eggs and salt/pepper. shake the heck out of it to break up the eggs. Place bags in boilng water for 15 minutes. I've done 10 at a time. They really have a good taste. Dump the bag contents on a plate, add hot sauce and suck it down! Dude!!! That's a great idea! Thanks for sharing I'm going to try that this year for sure!

biscuits and sausage gravy with hash browns. There are a lot more but this is my favorite and you can make it ahead of time and just warm up.

And I like to leave the yolks runny! I would eat a couple of chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk along with some tums and asprin b4 the hunt. After the morning hunt we would make pancakes, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns and the all important bloody mary's

Kolaches and juice usually, but eat main breakfast after the hunt - eat just enough to take my medicine, no go on an empty stomach.

1 lb of sausage 1 onion 2 cans rotel cheese burrito tortillas
Brown sausage and onion together, when done, pour in rotels. Cook down so most of liquid is gone. Have a griddle or another skillet and heat up tortilla. As the tortilla is heating up, spoon mixture into the tortilla, put cheese on top of mixture, fold tortilla over and put on plate.

We eat after so we get more sleep and you dont have to get out of the blind to do your biz.. Exactly. I'm not into putting breakfast together at 4 am... If anything, I'll eat something frozen that I microwave. Otherwise, it's all I can do to get to the stand...
