1st is 500+ acres at 4000.00 the second is 300+ acres for 2500.00. prices are for the whole thing you put your hunters together they both have w.t. m.d. hogs and birds these are year round access and have very good hunting. numbers of hunters are negotiable but within reason. Call 940 585 4416, dont bother with posting here cause I dont check in very often.

For that area, there shouldn't be any more than 2 guys on either place. Just my 2 cents

Agreed and 2 is pushing it on the 300 acres unless it's really thick.

Appears he is a lease broker.

Skinner is not a lease broker. I had the smaller lease last year and the only reason I'm not on it again is I am/will be out of the country most of this hunting season. He is a good man to lease from and I hope I get the chance to hunt with him again.

A quick google search of the phone number turned up Fred Skinner, Skinner's Taxidermy, Childress Texas. So I would say his initials are not DC.

Is there much cover for archery, or is it more of a spot and stalk

Ive hunted that area (Tell - 20 mi SW of Childress) now for several years and our most succesful tract to date was 370 acres and we hunted 4 guys with no problems. We didnt shoot everything that moves obviously, but we worked hard and managed our animal population and have some great looking mulies and whitetail. If your hunting partners are management minded folks that arent just a bunch of meat hunters, this could be a great little buy here. Id definitely check it out.
