Is there a year model that is the most desirable ? Curious about one that was made in 1975.

Is there a year model that is the most desirable ? Curious about one that was made in 1975. There are some variations of the older 700's that will bring more. Those are the ones in the more scarce calibers like the 350 Rem Mag, 6.5 Rem Mag, and also the ones marked "stainless Steel" but with the blued barrel. For the most part the older 700's dont bring any more than the new 700's though. Some do like the older more slim line stocks and checkering patterns but as a whole they really dont bring any more unless they are some of the more limited production variations.

You looking to sell it? I have a 30.06 made in 75 that was passed down from my grandad to my dad to me. Do you have a pic? I believe sometime in 75 they changed stock configurations.
