My theory with places like this, is you get 20-25 couples to split it and each end up paying $1,000 per month. How can you beat that? The only problem is finding that many people to get along with...  -Wes

Wow.....financed at 7% that comes to $10644.84! Ok lets divide that by 12 people and everyone gets to use one month a year. That knocks it down to a reasonable $887.07 a month. Since I found it I choose November! lol We just need a good ranch name for our fantasy ranch? How about the lazy circle T bar?

Well lets see.....640 acres is a mile by a mile. So someone do the math. I decided to figure it myself. 2 miles would be 10,560 feet long and to come to 357 acres it would be .28 miles wide or 1,473 feet or 491 yards wide. I doubt it is perfectly shaped like this though. It may be 100 yards wide on one end and 1,500 yards on the other end. As low as the river is now ( I live 5 miles from it) the river is probably not a natural border. I know a rancher that had to build a fence to keep his cows in because they could just walk across.
