I was out that way saturday morning and afternoon. In the morning we had one flurry of birds that lasted about 5 minutes. After that it was just singles or pairs the rest of the day. Unfortunately most were out of reach. My buddy and I ended the day with 2 birds between us. The hunt was disaapointing from a birds taken standpoint, but its always better than spending a day at work! Ill give it another try later in the season and see if its any better.

We hunted Saturday just outside of Bohnam and we were covered in birds morning and even more so in the evening . If you can shoot you could get your limit like most did in the first 2 hours .
It was one of the most fun hunts I have been on . Great group of young guys running it . They were all concerned with #1"did you get your limit " and #2 did you have a good time " .

Saturday the hunting sucked but at least spent all day in the field with my dad. Didn't see but a handful of birds all day

I was out with the dawgs about 7:30 this morning and saw 10X more big doves than any other morning since last year. Must've been last night's front because even our Humming Bird feeders are loaded up with the pretty little critters.
