I got some cut-to-fit plastic raised floor panels for SWMBO's fancy new furniture grade dog crates. If the ground is level, they would work well. If not those rubber floor mats you see in food prep areas would do it.

I used 12" x 12" flag stones, be sure and put a good layer of sand under them, unlike some people I know

The best flooring you can get for a kennel would be PolyMax Non-Overlapping Poultry/Kennel Flooring

It cut my labs feet so I went to SAMs and bout a weight lifting pat and laid it across it and has been working great since.
