They are Duke Dog Proof traps. I purchased them from PCS Outdoors. Link - http://www.pcsoutdoors.com/12packdukedogproofcoontrap.aspx $144.00 a dozen. I didn't shop around, you may be able to find them cheaper. I just wanted them right then at the time. I don't have much of a coon problem now.

To answer your first question...too many to count. We get about 1-2 coons a day. We were getting coons in the traps the same day we put them out and still do. I would get 20-30 coons eating corn at feeders in one trail cam pic. Lately I have seen none at the feeders on TC pics. I know they are still out there because they are in my traps. These traps have really helped.

It still will not keep the little beggers from tearing up your feeders.

That is where I got mine too. I only bought 6 and one of them has disappeared. I've had my 5 traps out since Sunday and have caught 4. Sticking a marshmellow in the trap and spreading some sardines or smoked oysters around for scent. They work, I'd recommend them to anybody with coon problems.
