Im looking for a small lease for my son and I to do a "meat" hunt for the 2008/09 season or even year round for hogs ,squirrels ect.
We usually hunt together in the same box stand (great feeling and team work) to spend time with my son.
Both are Hunter Education certified ,I took it with him even though I didnt have to.
We are looking for a small lease with hopefully a long term thing that will be safe and peacefull.
We WILL sign a contract/waiver.
WILL leave place as we came to it, if not better .
WILL start feeding deer prior to 2008/09 season is landowner permits.
WILL abid by landowners wishes.

How far do you want to drive and how much do you want to spend? There is a family lease in Southeast Texas that one person pays and the rest of the immediate family get to hunt. I think dues are around $650 If interested I will get the info to you or at least contact info.

south texas is fine ... you can never drive too far for a hunt lol .. my main concern is saftey .. please send info and thank you!

Also there is another one just down the road called Pine Ridge Hunting Club. They have a fairly large lease on timber company land but the price is right and the deer count is pretty high for the area. Not sure on the exact price on this one but I will send you the contact info via pm.

I have 3 spots open on a lease in montauge county, it is a little over 1200 acres, and its 1800 per gun, we have 7 spots filled right now 3 of us came from another lease in that area in jack county and we all 7 know eachother, father a sons welcomed but will have to hunt off one tag, most of us have kids and we will be bringing them out to hunt as well, and as for the lease it has electricity and water and its all free for the $1800 payed up front, if you are interested please pm me, im not in charge of it but will give you the number to the guy that is, like i say we are looking for 3 hunters/families and would like for them to know eachother and have hunted together before, pm me and we can talk, Thanks Phil
