One heck of a long boat ride ain't it? Unless you break the rules and walk or launch from the bridge. Game warden started cracking down on that. The only thing I don't like about Ray Bob. frown Being the only rocks for miles and only visible during drought, I wonder how many outboard props and low ends have been taken out by the deeper ones.

OK, I'm sorry, I guess I could have made it up. It may have been the Coop. I hunt so many places I forget sometimes. wink

Not here, currently don't staff for any companies. I know a lot of great guys in the industry and have also met some fellas that did not really belong. I know some people that staff just to say they do, even though they really don't believe in the products/companies they represent.

In all honesty I am just trying to give all these guys a hard time. I do stand behind a lot of what I said but at the same time in know not all pro staffers are the same. Many of the guys texan mentioned are respectable guys that have earned there place in the industry.

This thread us one for the ages.

I have some good friends that pro staff for several companies and I ride them pretty hard about it.

Great guy that believes in us as his staffers and cares a lot about his company!

Naw, it's an annual thing like so many other topics in the migratory forum. Someone starts a prostaff thread about every August. It comes and goes just like the topwater wonders and the bluewings this time of year. You can mark it on the calendar.

Only us mods can access the ones the A teamers screw up, but sure enough while I was looking for the link below, they are there for every August.

No disrespect meant to legitimate prostaffers. I post the link related to this part of my earlier post. "But say the young guy who has only been hunting 6 months trying to look cool like the guy on TV and get on a prostaff of any company that will take him probably has a different agenda and should be passed over if a company is smart."

In that context even a prostaffer has to admit this one is funny. One for the ages.

Fair enough. My guess is that if you ever get the chance to meet Scott, you would probably re-consider before posting something like that.

The fact that Duks-R-Us is pro staffing for Quack Shack has actually made me consider going on a guided hunt with them this year. This is solely based on the fact that I know Scott and one of the other guys at Quack Shack and if they are willing to do business with Duks-R-Us, then Duks-R-Us is most likely a quality outfit and worth booking a hunt with.

Judging by the picture, he should prolly tone it down a bit. He looks like he is trying pretty hard to resemble chad belding.

Hey first impressions are just that. Do you let your kids wear purple Mohawks, baggy pants, and stretch their earlobes out. Then tell them it's the inside that counts????

Looks like a duck, walks like a duck.... I betcha it's a duck.
