Alright how do I do this? And I'd like to keep it simple if possible but it doesn't matter as long as its cheap and works. I really want to get a night viz scope so I can kill some coons at the feeder.

you can find semi cheap mono's. I think the catch is attaching them to your gun.

I don't think that gen2 or 3 technology is open to the general public and surely not for export. Just buy a light for $50 and attach it to you rifle. Kinda like this.

What lumen should Be used for a 50+ yard shot? Let me rephrase that, what is the minimum lumen I should get for a 60 yard shot??? Because I cant afford a $5000 scope either.

I just got a Fenix light and pressure switch for my AK and took out on Monday. Mike at Keechi showed me a trick to turn my regular light into a red light. He took a red sharpie and coated my lens. I couldn't believe it was that simple, but I took it out and shot a nice hog after dark. They didn't spook at all. I just pointed it up at a 45 degree angle and brought it down slowly. I felt kind of stupid for running around trying to find a red flashlight that I could mount. I guess the green sharpies work too.
