Go pay for it, u will have to set up living trust which usually the ffl dealer will stear u in right direction and take care of that for u, then send in application/$200/and ur trust
Then wait around 7 months for it to get approved

you pay for it, then they hold it until you can legally possess it (stamp clears). A trust is a way around getting local sheriff's approval.

You buy a suppressor. Send in the paperwork along with $200 and wait. It took me 7 months for my first one. As far as paperwork goes, you can either make a trust, or go to the sherrifs department and get fingerprints made and get them to sign off on it( if they will- some areas won't sign the paperwork, so you have to go the trust route)
If you shoot a young deer because a neighbor will shoot it, you are that neighbor.

Yep, he is speaking the truth. IF you have to order in the "can" from manfacture the wait could be ALOT longer! We have a YHM can that has been on order for 4 months. When it gets here, then he can apply for a stamp!

Also, you don't have to set up a trust. If you are an officer in a corporation you can buy it through your business. That is what I have done for all of mine.
The waiting is the worst part though....
