QAD Ultra-Rest Hunter Fall-Away Arrow Rest 59.99. not the best in its class but will do the trick and is within your budget. If you do have the ability to hold off and save a bit more the one that I use and will stand by is the QAD Ultra-Rest HD Pro Series $139.99 not the top of the line but I have never had an issue.

Ripcord on the other hand had a problem out of after a year of normal wear and tear. I would save up the extra lil bit of money and go with the best.

You will not regret it!
