$2100.00 with insurance. 2600 acres with 14 hunters.Water,electricity,septic for trailers with small fee, individual trailer hook-ups. Appx 700 sf cabin with kitchen and dining area. Management rules set by Ranch Manager and Hunt Club. Gun Season only. 12 nice bucks last year with 4 in the 130 to 140 class. LOTS of Pesky HOGS!!!!!  GREAT LEASE
