I have 2000 acres in Woodward county(freedom ok)
It has draws, natural springs that flow into a big canyon/bottom,lots of cedars, cotton woods,plum thickets, wheat on all sides with no hunting on naiboring ranches, the canyon carries the spring water to the cimmaron river which is a mile from this property, only 10 spots allowed on this place and 5 are full, we need 5 more at the cost of 1000.00 per man
I in courage only bow hunters but if you are a rifle hunter that will be fine. This place has mule deer and white tail and a lot of turkey, has not been hunted in 4 years, but owners son shot a 205" mule deer on this place 4 years ago.
The property is 5 hours from Weatherford tx so me taking people up there all the time would be tough, please call 817-304-5280 and I will figure out a day to run a couple of y'ou up there to look at once

Hunted that area a few years ago and it was a great area. Is this agricultural or in the canyon break?

Well it does have draws and canyons but it also has wheat on the property as well as naibors

I just left the place and it will hunt comfortably 7 people with plenty plenty of cover and I have 2 people now so I need 5 more guys, seen lots of tracks and good signs, if interested please call, it will be 1500 per man for a year round lease

6 does 1 buck but we are all management trophy minded hunters and would like the same people on this place. Not saying you aren't but just making that clear

keep in mind that the 280 I spent last year only allowed me to archery hunt. add another $280 or so to gun hunt for two weeks. I hunt in a different part of Oklahoma and live in TEXAS

An archery license for non-residents is $280 but that allows you to hunt with a bow from October 1 to Dec 31. You can kill the state limit if 6 deer and that includes up to 2 bucks for the year.

It is another $280 for a muzzleloader license and another $280 for gun but you can just hunt with bow right through the gun seasons.
