I've heard Briley's is good but, how are they with rifles? I have a Rem 700 and a Win 70.

There is a guy out on 290, a little past Fry i think, that operates out of the Hot Wells range. He's young but I heard he's very good. And his prices seem reasonable.
My buddy had work done by him based on the recommendation of one of his friends. He had a 700 threaded, thread protector made, and a Badger bottom metal installed. It looks good to me and the shooting results are good too.
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!
