Cut into finger size strip. Roll in Italians dressing. Roll in flour and chicken fry.

Soaked in Dr. Joes Hot Sauce and milk about 4 hours, Rolled salt , pepper, garlic and chickened fried! Bad To the bone!!!!

beer, pinapple juice, bbq sauce, worchestershire, garlic, lime, pepper, and a few other spices.
Let it marinate as long as you can stand it, then throw it on the smoker for about 2 hours and it will be truly amazing.
