picked up this CZ 453 Varmint Fluted barrel 17hmr a few months back and I am very impressed. The fit and finish is extraordinary and the accuracy out of the box is just as good. I mounted a leupold VXIII 4.5 x 14. The trigger is very impressive. Great small varmint rifle and have shot a few birds in the vineyard.  This next picture show a little hurt on a steel pipe at 175 yards. Not bad for a little bullet!

CZ makes some great rimfires. I have some 452s wish they had the set trigger of the 453 but they are good enough for my use.
Congrats on a fine choice IMO.

Very nice. The CZ's are great rifles, and the .17HMR is a great round for pest control. I use my .17 in the pecan bottom to keep the squirrels and crows away. No varmints are safe within 200yds.
