I have a Golden Eagle 7 mag that is sticky even when you throw the bolt over after a dri-fire. I know if the loads get too hot that the bolt will get sticky but, if the bolt is sticking even without being fired why would the bolt be sticking? If I don't fire/dri-fire the gun it's fine.

I can't say I am familiar with the action, but you might need some lube in the cocking mechanism. Mauser 98s are like that and it's probably applicable to most bolt-actions.
