We pay about $8/AC for 700 acres. in Red River Co.

We are paying $8/ac for 130 acres - just curious what others are paying? Not bad price at all for a small place. X2 $8 per acre is good price for small acreage anywhere. A family we know is paying $8 p/a for 500+ acres in RR.

I'm good with the $8 but have recently heard of one getting $12.50 on 160 ac on Oklahoma side and another one wanting $15 on about 400 ac on Oklahoma side. I feel like $8 - $10 is fair on Oklahoma side. Just curious on what others are paying and whether my thoughts are in line with current rates.
