I just bought a Savage md. 93 22 WMR, Im wanting a good scope but must admit I don't know much about scopes except ther are some really expensive scopes. Im thinking this gun is real good to 200 yrd, has the bull barrel and good trigger, any advice? Thanks for the help, Doug

This IMO would be the best scope for that gun...

The Viper Vortex in 2-7 is a good hunting scope IMO, Last I looked they were $200.

My 22Mag wears a Nikon Monarch 2-7 and works well on it.

Usually a good rule of thumb is spend same as the rifle costs..
22 rifles are not particularly hard on scopes and have limited
range, so I'd find a good inexpensive scope that had clear glass.
I think my 22Mag Ruger has about a $250 scope on it and it works
fine for the rifle...DD

I have the same gun in .22 mag and .17 HMR. I put the Vortex Diamondback 3-9X40. great scope for the money.
