Is there anybody local that can cut down a stock and shorten a barrel on a .410 for a reasonable price? Have a Mossberg bolt action model 183 with a poly choke I'd like to get cut down to small youth size and have the choke reinstalled in the next couple of weeks.

Doc's is where I would go first. Then if Doc's is overbooked already for stuff to get out before Dove Season, try and find Larry Pockrus over around Justin/Argyle somewhere. Haven't seen Larry since he closed the shop in downtown L'ville during the reinvention of the downtown but he is worth the effort to find him for what the OP wants done.

Dont go to Gunmasters, terrible

I took a rifle to McKinney Gun and Knife Supply at 75 & 380....
They screwed it up so bad that it had to be sent back to the factory to be corrected.
