I got some cci 109 shotgun primers and AA hulls with a barrel of hi-skor 700x powder and #9 #7 and #6 shot. I don't know a good formula for these
Components. Can anyone give me some help on what formula I should use

Need more info than what you provided on what you are planning to reload. Plus the CCI 109 primer has not been made for years. Load data I have says it can be interchanged with CCI 209 primers ONLY.
Best advice would be to check the company (that makes hi-skor)website for formulas or buy a reload manual.

I have loading data but need more info. What gauge, wad and what oz. capacity. Dupont Hiskor 700X is an excellent powder for 12ga skeet and hunting loads.

Google Hodgdon powder and follow the links to the reloading data center. Input guage and hulls and load weight and powder and then look at all the recipies. AA is a good hull to use.
