45 ISH yard 130 class 8 point quartered away. i was proud!!!

Elk cow right at 50 yards. She was in a draw down hill standing right next to a tree I just lasered at 50 yards. I hope to get closer next time!
I have 3 pins, 30, 40, and 50 yards, and have a mark on the 50 yard pin (vertical pin) for 60. I don't practice at 20 any more. I work on 30 and 40 yards, and take a few shots at 10 and 20 to make sure I know those holds.

My broker has taken a mule deer at 93 and a antelope at 78

I practice to 60 but wouldn't shoot at a animal past 40

Did you make a full pass thru, what broadheads do you elk hunt with?

Someone I know shot a mule deer buck at 70. His pins went to 60

40 is the farthest and thats the farthest I will shoot.

48 on a good sized sow right at dusk. Tip was a Magnus stinger buzzcut 100. It made a complete pass thru and the hog was dead in less than 100 yards

I killed a Y.O I bex that scored like 3 in the books this year at 67.3 yards.

My dad killed big Addax bull at 84 yards last year 1 arrow.
This year he killed a big blesbok that went #2 in the books at 127 yards.

Which I have pins till 60 my dad also keeps 100 yard pin for hunting big game.

ill shoot at 70 comfortably prolly try a hog out to 90 or 100

38 for me, but I'm more about closer. My usual shots are about 18 yards, and closest kill was right at 5 yards.

yea i like to keep it under 40 but better to practice n get good out to 70 so you dont havta watch that buck of a life time walk on by cause he is 60 yards out and walkn off

45 for me on a 100 LB pig and a 35 yarder on one of my Oryx. other than that mainly inside of 20.

I was shooting a Rage 2 blade. It did not give me a full pass through. I found out I do not like mechanical broadheads that can come open very easily. This year I will be going back to my tried and true fixed 3 blade broadheads. I'm shooting my arrows at 255 fps, so a fixed blade should do fine. We have another archery elk hunt in Sept I'm getting ready for. I can't wait.

42 yards on my 43" Oryx earlier this year. Other than that 32-33 yards on whitetail. I don't take shots on whitetails past 35. I practice out to 45 habitually and I'm very comfortable but there's to much that can go wrong between arrow release and impact at 30 yards plus on an animal.

I use a 4 pin setup, with pins at 20,35,45,55. But shooting a bow that is able to shoot a 450gr arrow and over 300 fps really helps with longer shooting not to mention the KE that it has.

60 yds on a mule deer buck spot & stalk in the sand hills of Nebraska very open country up there you need to be able to reach out there

30 yds on my first blackbuck. comfortably up to 50 yds.

No big story, but 43 yds jav in low light conditions.
